Clang!

A "clatter" echoed through the street. People quickly gathered. A child lay injured on the ground, and everyone was anxious. The child's mother arrived, followed closely by an ambulance and a police car. Everyone helped carry the injured child into the ambulance to be taken to the hospital for treatment. Not long after, another "clatter" was heard. People gathered again. This time, it was a kitten that lay injured—everyone dispersed indifferently. It wasn't until late at night that the mother cat found her injured kitten.
