Two tribes

There were two tribes: one tall tribe and one short tribe. Both tribes grew many cherries and strawberries. In the short tribe, picking strawberries was easy, so strawberries were cheap and cherries were expensive. In the tall tribe, picking cherries was easy, so cherries were cheap and strawberries were expensive. One day, a clever short person carried strawberries to the tall tribe to sell, and the next day carried cherries back to the short tribe to sell. Business was booming. However, not long after, the chiefs of the two tribes held a meeting, and they made a decision...
