Bring in the Wine

In the Xiande era of the Great Zhou Dynasty, Shen Wei, Prince of Jianxing, was defeated at Chashi River in the northeast, almost leading to the invasion of the six prefectures of Zhongbo by foreign enemies. His son, Shen Zechuan, was escorted to the capital, becoming a pariah reviled by all. Xiao Chiye, the youngest son of the Prince of Libei, heard the news and arrived, striking with such ferocity that he nearly killed Shen Zechuan. Little did he know that this seemingly delicate Shen Zechuan was formidable, and in retaliation, he bit Xiao Chiye until he bled profusely. From then on, the two became sworn enemies, ceaselessly clashing both within and outside the imperial court.
