Following her 2011 "Selected Works of Zi Zhongyun" and 2013 "Old Sayings," this book is another collection of selected works by the renowned scholar Zi Zhongyun. It includes articles not yet collected from 2013-2022, as well as edited lecture transcripts and interview records. The book comprises two volumes and eight sections, covering academic thought, public topics, and private life. The four sections of the first volume are: Culture and Education, Public Welfare and Social Reform, Leisurely Thoughts and Miscellaneous Feelings, and Interviews. The four sections of the second volume are: History and National Salvation, World Observations, Remembering Old Friends, and Musical Homeland.

Ms. Zi's major works, such as "America in the 21st Century" and "Ten Lectures on America," which comprehensively introduce the United States; "The Responsibility of Wealth and the Evolution of Capitalism," which studies the history of the development and evolution of American non-profit organizations; and "The Predicament of Chinese Intellectuals," which explores the spirit of traditional Chinese intellectuals, are all masterpieces in their respective fields. Her most recent works include the autobiography "A Fleeting Life in a Vast World" (Oxford University Press, 2019). This collection of her works from the past decade, "Sunset Musings," consistently demonstrates keen insight and profound understanding, while maintaining an accessible and eloquent writing style, truly embodying the demeanor of a great master.
