Big Noise

This book is one of the six volumes in the "Designer Collaboration Series: K Classics." "Großer Lärm" (Great Noise) collects six of Kafka's posthumous works, including renowned pieces such as "Description of a Struggle," "Preparations for a Country Wedding," and "A Country Doctor."
Among them, the short story "Description of a Struggle" has two versions: Draft A, written in 1904, is Kafka's earliest surviving work. Draft B was written in the autumn of 1909.
"Preparations for a Country Wedding" also has three drafts (A, B, and C), all included in this volume. The story revolves around the protagonist, Eduard Raban, on his journey to visit his fiancée in the countryside. However, he is unhurried, and his journey is repeatedly delayed by various matters...
