They are active actors crossing borders, calculating the pros and cons, making choices, and boldly taking action under extremely limited circumstances. However, in a foreign land, surrounded by shadowy environments, a closed labor environment, unstable residency status, limited social networks, and the inability to freely change employers—all structural factors—become unpredictable man-made traps on their journey. There's no turning back from this dangerous situation.

Once, "home" was the goal they sought to protect while working overseas, but the road home is so long and arduous. Even when they return, home is never a complete concept; it is internally fragmented and tangled...
